About Punch Pizza
Crafting authentic Italian wood-fired pizza with passion, tradition, and the finest ingredients since our founding.
Our Story
Punch Pizza began as a dream to bring authentic Neapolitan pizza traditions to the United States. Founded by passionate food artisans who traveled extensively throughout Italy, studying under master pizzaiolos in Naples and Rome.
Our wood-fired ovens, imported directly from Italy, reach temperatures of 900°F to create the perfect leopard-spotted crust that defines true Neapolitan pizza. Each pizza is crafted with San Marzano tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, and organic flour milled from Italian wheat.
Today, we continue this tradition with unwavering commitment to quality, authenticity, and the timeless art of pizza making that has been passed down through generations.
Our Mission
To preserve and celebrate the authentic traditions of Italian pizza making while creating memorable dining experiences that bring families and communities together. We are committed to using only the finest imported ingredients and time-honored techniques to deliver pizza that transports you straight to the streets of Naples.

Our Values
The principles that guide everything we do
Authenticity
We honor traditional Italian recipes and techniques, using only certified San Marzano tomatoes, imported Caputo flour, and genuine buffalo mozzarella to maintain the authentic taste of Naples.
Quality Excellence
Every ingredient is carefully sourced from trusted Italian suppliers. Our dough ferments for minimum 24 hours, and each pizza is hand-stretched and fired at precise 900°F temperatures for optimal results.
Community
We believe food brings people together. Our restaurant serves as a gathering place where families create memories, friends reconnect, and our local community feels the warmth of Italian hospitality.
Sustainability
Our commitment extends beyond great food. We use eco-friendly packaging, source from sustainable farms, and maintain energy-efficient wood-fired ovens that minimize our environmental footprint.
